Red Bull dominated the 2013 world championship with the Adrian Newey-designed RB9, which was closely based on the RB8 which preceded it.
The team took the lead in the constructors’ championship early in the year but really hit their stride in the second half of the championship. Following a mid-season change in tyre construction Sebastian Vettel used the RB9 to win the last nine races in a row, clinching the title as he did.
