Almost all team-mates next to each other. That’s a sad state of affairs.
I’ve only managed to catch the last 16 laps of the race, so my impressions:
– Verstappen was kinda pathetic with the refusal to give the position to Perez. If he’s in a tough title fight next year, it might bite him back. And I hope it will.
– Leclerc was even more pathetic begging Ferrari for the 3rd place
– Alonso is a phenomenal driver and I feel so sad for the next season seeing him once again in a garbage car at the back of the field

I disagree leclerc asking was worse than verstappen, especially since they had agreed on it before the race.

Well deserved result for Mercedes and Russell, to deliver a car better than their rivals for the weekend despite being over a second a lap slower for many races this year is outstanding. Here’s hoping they can deliver a actual competitive championship next year.
