Compared to other cars, the front wing looks like it’s not maximising downforce levels (the individual flaps seems to be compressed together) which might have to do with not getting enough downforce at the rear (so it would result in an unbalanced car). Hopefully that’s not case, but if I’m right Renault would suffer on slow and medium speed cornering and it could prove to be unstable under breaking (something that would very bad for Ricciardo’s signature moves).
Hopefully I’m wrong, but if I’m right Renault could find itself at the tail-end of a very compact midfield.

To use your words Mercedes, Ferrari & RBR are more “compressed” together. Based on your train of thought does that mean they all have rear downforce problems?
