Renault and Williams have chosen the softest tyres selection for next weekend’s Brazilian Grand Prix.

The two teams have each chosen ten sets of the super-soft tyres, which is the softest rubber available for the race at the Interlagos track.

All the teams have opted for the minimum of one set of the medium compound tyres.

    1. Hm, interesting that apart from Red Bull, no other team – particularly Williams and Renault – has bothered to go with a staggered allocation of a +1/-1 supersoft vs. soft for one driver.

What are the expected tyre strategies? I don’t recall what was the recommended (dry) one for last year, given all the rain.

    2. And the super softs return as bain for mercs.

    3. Looks like it will rain next week an into the weekend anyway so not that important.
